Ramen, Ramen Ramen Ramen. I love Ramen. Something about it is so satisfying. But of course it needs to be perfect and there are very few Ramen places that I can say I truly love.
There are two locations in the lower mainland, but the one I went to visit was a cute little shop at a corner in Burnaby. Inside it has a really homey and minimalistic style that fit well with the vibe of the restaurant.
They have a pretty large menu with many different varieties. My parents and I typically order the Tonkotsu ramen. We are yet to try the other ones, but they all look very delicious.
This time was no different with all three of us ordering Tonkotsu Ramen with a combo with chicken
Everything was very tasty and full of flavour. The
I was surprised at the takoyaki as it was my first time trying it. It was crunchy and soft at the same time. Something I say everyone should at least try once.
Overall, Kamamarui was phenomenal like always. Exceptional service (constantly coming up to us asking if we want tea or water), great tasting food, excellent atmosphere and all for a good price, I would definitely recommend to anyone craving Ramen or comfort food in general.
